For as long as I can remember, I've had a desire to express myself, but never the means... I could never draw well, and I have very little in the way of musical abilities (having tried a multitude of instruments). I found a temporary creative home in the theatre, but the "real world" kept intruding until I resigned myself to a life with very little creativity.
Around '98 that changed, when I sat down at my first PC at a new job. I wasn't content to leave things as they were, so I started "tweaking" the visual settings, screensavers, sounds... anything to make my profile look different from everyone else's and when I purchased my own PC, I went even further; bringing in "photoshopped" pics, custom sounds and other "neat" stuff. Needless to say my bosses weren't too impressed.
At home I realized that some programs stored their GUI graphics in easy reach, leading me to start customizing my programs; starting with Roxio's Easy CD Creator and eventually culminating with 3DNA.
It was 3DNA that gave me wings. My first attempts at theming and skyboxes were quite crude, but with encouragement, advise and criticism from the talented, helpful and friendly 3DNA community, I was able to refine my skills somewhat. About 8 years ago I reluctently went on permanent disability, giving me a whole lot of time to explore my new creative outlets. I delved into HTML, played with photoshop, and learned the inner workings of my PC; testing the limits of my machines and expanding my capabilities. I work(ed) on "a need to know basis", when I need(ed) to know something I go/went and learn(ed) it. These days I spend my time creating wallpapers, screens, digital music, fonts, cursors, websites etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. I also dedicate a fair amount of time testing software for fun, trying to crash my computer, and trying to keep my wife's computer alive. I currently have over 800 progs on my machine... over half are graphics related.

Pricing

Pricing is extremely flexible, for websites it all depends on the size, complexity and purpose; basic personal websites can cost as little as $100. Cdn, while larger business sites start around $500. for 5 pages or less, with each page adding to the cost. We also provide site maintainence, for low monthly rates.
Depending on complexity; logos, avatars, icons, cursors, etc start as little as $5. and go up into the $200. to $300 range.
Original artwork for desktops and screensavers start around $20 and can go up significantly, again depending on complexity, render times, post render work, etc.
